With a rich and diverse background spanning several continents, Alessia is a seasoned expert in knowledge management and learning. Passionate about leveraging knowledge to drive positive change, she specialises in developing and implementing innovative strategies that foster the sharing and capitalisation of knowledge. In Project Management and Design, Alessia is a proficient designer and technical writer with a knack for developing proposals, programmes, and training. She is well-versed in Monitoring and Evaluation, devising comprehensive strategies and plans, and conducting meticulous data collection and analysis. This proficiency extends to Policy Analysis, where she excels in identifying and analysing EU and international policies, drafting strategies, and providing expert advice. Fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Italian, Alessia has actively shared her expertise with international organisations and institutions, international NGOs, and development practitioners.

Federico is a European international cooperation practitioner based in Madrid, Spain. Born in Italy in 1982, he holds a Master's Degree in Economics and Business from the University of Turin and a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of Leicester. Federico has been working in the field of European and international cooperation for almost 15 years. He specialises in programme and knowledge management for disability-inclusive development, social inclusion, and human rights compliance, notably but not limited to the framework of EU-funded initiatives. He worked and collaborated, among others, with the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, the European Commission, the European Disability Forum, the International Disability Alliance, the Disability Rights Fund, FIIAPP (Spanish Cooperation), Expertise France, and the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation. Federico's work experiences span from the Mediterranean region to the Sahel, with exposure as well to the Latin American context and selected countries in Central Asia. He is fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Italian and is proficient in Arabic.

Outside work, Federico loves spending time with his wife and two kids, possibly surrounded by mountain nature. As long as his knees and back will allow him, Federico will enjoy playing basketball or skiing with friends. He also pretends to be a decent amateur photographer, with mixed results!
