ADC Announces New Consultancy Opportunity: Administrative, Finance & Compliance Manager

Agile Development Consulting (ADC) is seeking a highly qualified Administrative, Finance & Compliance Manager to join our team as an external consultant on a part-time basis.

As a growing Brussels-based consultancy working across international cooperation, inclusion, sustainable development, strategy, communication, and innovation, ADC collaborates with international organisations, EU institutions, NGOs, public bodies, networks, and expert teams across multiple countries. This position will play a key role in supporting the company’s financial management, administrative systems, and compliance processes.

The selected consultant will provide practical financial and administrative guidance to ADC management while overseeing key areas such as financial administration, invoicing, VAT documentation, compliance with Belgian regulations, corporate administration, contract management, and internal process improvement. The role will also support the administrative and financial management of international assignments, including donor-funded projects and contracts involving international organisations and EU institutions.

We are looking for a structured and reliable professional with strong experience in Belgian financial, tax, administrative, and compliance systems, as well as familiarity with digital financial management tools. Experience working with consultancies, NGOs, international organisations, or project-based environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of EU-funded projects, donor compliance requirements, and international project administration would be a strong asset.

This is a flexible, remote consultancy opportunity offered on a VAT-based contract, with regular coordination with ADC management and occasional meetings in Brussels when required.
